InnerAxion™ and its underlying Dilemma Resolution technology, including the BCAL (Behavioural Calibration Algorithm Layer) and all associated methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of their creator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.

2. No Financial or Legal Advice. Outputs generated by this platform are decision-support tools only and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Users bear sole responsibility for decisions made using this system.

3. Data Privacy. Your decision inputs are processed on InnerAxion’s secure servers and via AI inference calls to Anthropic’s API, which are governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Access Control. Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials is prohibited. The platform operator reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use. Users may not use this platform to process unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent decisions. The operator reserves the right to audit usage logs for compliance purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this platform or reliance on its outputs.

7. Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the platform operator.
